Restorative Yoga is beautiful. It's slow, soft and relaxing. We will be holding poses for between 5-10 minutes, there will be long periods of quiet.

Restorative Yoga requires quite a few props. This all about supporting the body so it does NOTHING. it just softens down there.
You will need
- Two or three pillows - the more pillows the better
- Two blankets or bath towels
- Yoga blocks or books to use as blocks
- An eye mask if you have one
